Her role involves linking individuals with suitable therapists to provide the necessary support, fostering community relationships by reaching out to potential clients, and engaging in community activities.
Sarah plays a vital role at Elderberry through nourishing employee relationships and overseeing scheduling, payroll, and billing. She brings a team player mentality and demonstrates compassion through her effective communication style.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSU-Long Beach in 2008. Following that, she contributed significantly to the efficiency of busy Pelvic Health PT clinics in Southern California by managing their front office operations.
When Sarah is not providing valuable insights at Elderberry, you can find her enjoying dog walks, discovering the diverse culinary delights of her community, and cherishing moments with her family.

Paula is an orthopedic physical therapist specializing in pelvic health rehabilitation, assisting women in various stages of life such as pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She combines her expertise in pelvic health, Pilates Teacher training, and years of experience in sports and orthopedic physical therapy to develop personalized exercise programs for her clients.
As a manual therapist, Paula employs neurodynamic fascial mobilization and breath work to enhance the mind-body connection, preventing injuries and addressing the everyday discomforts associated with an active lifestyle.
In 2014, Paula completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Mount Saint Mary’s University. She enhanced her expertise by becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher in 2018 through Polestar Pilates training, which she integrates into her clients' education and rehabilitation. To focus on pelvic rehabilitation, Paula earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certificate from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in 2019.
When she is not working, Paula loves longboard surfing, beach volleyball, dog walks, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.

Dr. Tara Reinhardt, PT, DPT

Tara is an orthopedic physical therapist with an emphasis in sports rehabilitation and geriatric wellness and fitness training, utilizing her ten years of experience and expertise to establish a holistic strategy for injury prevention and fitness training.
Drawing on her knowledge in running, surfing, pickleball, weight training, manual therapy, and Muay Thai, Tara designs interactive exercise programs that motivate her clients to remain committed to their fitness objectives.
In 2014, Tara earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary's University. She has been serving her community through her practice of physical therapy for patients of all ages. Tara creates a patient-centered environment that allows her clients to thrive in their wellness goals.
Outside of work, you'll often find Tara competitively playing pickleball, supporting her beloved soccer teams, surfing, camping and walking her dog around Seal Beach.

Robin is a physical therapy assistant that specializes in helping clients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, particularly those living with Parkinson's Disease. She leverages her love for running, fitness, and sports to foster a supportive and motivational atmosphere for her clients.
Through dual task training, Robin enhances cognition and motor control for her elderly clients. She encourages commitment to the rehabilitation and health journey by involving them in activities and games aimed at boosting endurance, strength, and balance.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Science from Cal State Fullerton. She completed an A.A. to become a Physical Therapist Assistant at Cerritos College.
Robin is a Certified Therapist with the Parkinson's Wellness Recovery Group, utilizing her knowledge to help individuals with Parkinson's Disease.

Jake, an orthopedic physical therapist with an emphasis in sports and injury rehabilitation. He draws on his knowledge as a former EMT, along with his manual therapy skills, wellness and fitness training to provide exceptional care to his clients.
Jake has over 7 years experience practicing as a physical therapy assistant where he has mastered an active resistance stretching called Dynamic Contraction Technique to help improve clients’ functional mobility.
In 2018, Jake earned his PTA degree from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He has been serving his community through the practice of physical therapy for patients of all ages.
Jake takes a patient-centered approach to his rehabilitation practice, focusing on functional movements to improve strength and endurance for everyday life activities.
