We take a team approach with our therapeutic ​services by partnering with you to create your ​therapy program. You will be assigned a team ​of therapists that will work closely together to ​assess your needs, establish a plan, and work ​towards achieving your goals.

Your therapist will travel to your location, ​bringing with them equipment, ​encouragement, and support for achieving ​your health and wellness goals.

What to Expect for your Initial Evaluation:

1. A client care representative will contact you ​to confirm personal information, assign ​therapist(s), send intake paperwork and ​assist with scheduling appointment
2. Therapist will communicate estimated ​arrival window day of appointment.
3. Therapist will review intake forms, discuss ​impairments and create a plan to achieve ​client's goals.
4. Follow up appointments can be scheduled ​either directly with your therapist or ​through the front office
